Exactly what I needed
This is exactly what I needed. I have known for a long time that free-flowing cholesterol does not play a role in heart disease but seeing it laid out like this was a real eye-opener. Overall, a well-written and packed with information.

A very helpful and useful guide
This book really eases my anxiety about my high cholesterol count and confirms that I do not want to take a statin to lower it. I am well-pleased to recommend this guide to anyone who wants to lower their cholesterol level. All information is supported by numerous references to studies supporting the material being presented. The fact that there are both good and bad components in both HDL and LDL was an eye-opener.

Must-have and listen
Bought for information on cholesterol. The information discussed seemed non-bias and informative so I figured I'd buy the book. It's the best money I've ever spent. It contains information that not only is useful and very enlightening, but is written in a way that's easily understood. The writer goes beyond just dealing with cholesterol and addresses overall health.

Getting serious about heart health can be overwhelming. High cholesterol levels are poor predictors for a heart attack. If you are not aware of your cholesterol level you will not have better clarity in understanding what cholesterol truly is. After you listen to this guidebook, you will have the ability to take full charge of your health.

Educational
A very interesting and useful guide. In this book, you will learn what cholesterol is including its physiology, types, functions, causes, Biosynthesis and Rеgulаtiоn, Diеtаrу ѕоurсеѕ of cholesterol, and more. The most interesting part to me is the foods that helps you lower your cholesterol like Meat, Rice, Vegetables аnd Pоtаtоеѕ, Soup, Sandwiches and Sаlаdѕ, and Fibrous Fооd. Get this guide to control your cholesterol levels and be protected for life. Lots of thanks to the author.

Concise and to the point
Very well written. Easily digestible and good summaries. Definitely worth listening if you have questions about saturated fats and it's linked to cardiovascular disease. This book only proves that my grandparents - who lived in great health in their 90s - were right all along about fats.
