Exactly what I needed

This is exactly what I needed. I have known for a long time that free-flowing cholesterol does not play a role in heart disease but seeing it laid out like this was a real eye-opener. Overall, a well-written and packed with information.

A very helpful and useful guide

This book really eases my anxiety about my high cholesterol count and confirms that I do not want to take a statin to lower it. I am well-pleased to recommend this guide to anyone who wants to lower their cholesterol level. All information is supported by numerous references to studies supporting the material being presented. The fact that there are both good and bad components in both HDL and LDL was an eye-opener.

Very interesting

Lowering Cholesterol: A Beginners Guide by Erik Smith offers great insight about lowering cholesterol. The content was fantastic and easy to understand and follow.

The author was able to share everything you need when it comes to obtaining a good cholesterol level. A 58-minute guide is very informative and to the point. You will learn what are types of cholesterol, treatments for high cholesterol, foods that might cholesterol, causes of high cholesterol, and more.

I honestly say that I'm obese which increases my bad cholesterol levels. By knowing the causes of high cholesterol, I'm now aware of what food should I eat and should be avoided. I will definitely do the things I learned in this guide. Highly recommended!

Glad to have this

Getting serious about heart health can be overwhelming. High cholesterol levels are poor predictors for a heart attack. If you are not aware of your cholesterol level you will not have better clarity in understanding what cholesterol truly is. After you listen to this guidebook, you will have the ability to take full charge of your health.
