This book is one heck of a ride I forking love it!

This book is one heck of a ride! I forking love it! What a way to end the series!

There is so much to unpack in this book. It has everything, horsewomen, swoony mates, zombies and lots of spicy scenes.

There are so many intense moments between all of the characters, some extremely spicy scenes and a whole truck load of emotion. The chemistry between Rosie and her mates is off the charts. I have been through the emotional ringer, from heartbroken to ecstatic and back again. I loved the character developments especially Pan and Asher, there are some serious revelations there. It has an epic climax that will have you on the edge of your seat.

I would just like to recognise the narrators of this amazing series, who each went above and beyond to bring these characters off the page and add that extra dimension through each of their portrayals.
Stella Hunter - Rosie - I could think of no-one better to play this feisty but vulnerable young woman, she does an amazing job of portraying Rosies strength but also her tenderness and compassion.
Teddy Hamilton - Asher - He does a brilliant job as the loner hacker and through him you get a real sense of pain her carries through his life and his need to feel wanted.
John Hartley - Gavin - what can I say, his performance is indescribable. I love the way that he never falters, he is constantly in character and he lends such a gravitas to the Gavin.
Jacob Morgan - Remi - Its like the part was written for him. He brings such lightness of spirit to the performance but equally he brings the presence and dominance needed to properly show all aspects of Remi's personality.
JF Harding - Ben - He brings such emotion to the role, he has the amazing ability to be so tender a vulnerable one moment and the next, brings the growly commanding alpha voice which could melt the coldest heart.
James Joseph - Pan - is just amazing. Every book should have pan in it, narrated by this man. He just nails that sarcastic, loveable rouge of a demon. With brilliant comic timing and that swoony accent, he has just taken that character and made it his own.

Overall the book is such a wild ride. Kim Loraine and Meg Anne have once again created an amazing set of stories with such loveable/loathable characters and a wonderful colourful world or them all to live in.

I cannot wait to hear what they have in store for us next....

Why Choose Paranormal Romance

Lost To The Moon by Meg Anne and K. Loraine is a why choose paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Teddy Hamilton, J.F. Harding, John Hartley, Stella Hunter, James Joseph, and Jacob Morgan. This is the fourth book in The Mate Games: Pestilence series.

I absolutely love the Mate Games World! Meg and Kim do an amazing job pulling me into the story. I can't help but binge in each book in one sitting. I love that we got Pan, Remi, Ben, Gavin, Rosie, Asher, and Lilith's points of views throughout the book. It really brings the story to life.

I can't wait for the next spin-off series The Mate Games: Death that will be releasing in January 2024.

I absolutely love that they do a full cast of narrators for this series. It really brings the story to life. You can't help but binge the audiobook in one sitting.

I would recommend this series if you like paranormal romances, why choose romances, or fated mate's romances.

Rosie and her Men!

Rosie may have found all her mates but happy ever after isn’t here yet. They find themselves in for quite the fight when their town isn’t only fighting a plague but a battle for their lives which will require all their special skills and to work as a team.

During the final book of this series Rosie only became stronger and more resilient, Remi more incorrigible, Ben showed the alpha he truly was, Gabriel continued to dominate in the bedroom but also showed the feelings he had for Rosie, Asher embraces the love he has for both Remi and Rosie but it was the demon Pan who found a family within this group and proved he was nothing like his mother.

The chemistry radiates off the pages and the action and surprises keep coming. I enjoyed not only the relationships that Rosie had with each of the men but the relationship that they had with each other as well. This group of narrators did a wonderful job of not only sharing the story but giving each of the characters their own personality as well.

Wow! I am speechless!

I just loved this book and it was an incredible end to the series. Captain Aubergine stole the show and Asher surprised us all!

It was great to see Gabriel and Lilith again, and I do wonder what games the latter is playing and what she'll be up to next!

Without giving the game away, the authors did us proud with their imagination with all sorts of surprises in store for us, keeping us firmly on the edge of our seats right up to the end of the saga!

I have to confess my favourites are still Pan and Gavin, with Ben coming a close second! I did like how Asher and Gavin found their mutual ground, and their work will definitely come in handy when the Death decides to roll the dice!

There were good smexy scenes, and these weren't overplayed as in earlier books, where they got a bit tiresome.

I loved their telepathic way of communicating with each other and their wonderful banter which was brought beautifully to life by exceptional narrators, who have literally grown in stature throughout the series, creating their characters with the individuality they deserved and made this experience so incredible with the #multicast #narration

#TeddyHamilton
#JohnHartley

I can't wait to hear what they have in store for us next .... but I don't think I can cope with the dreaded cliffhangers, so I will wait until the series is complete! In the meantime, I'll give The Mate Games and Pestilence a relisten.

I can't end the review without saying that my favourite  phrase to take away from the book is without doubt  the f*ckit bucket list! 🤣🤣🤣

Apocalypse Now?

What an absolutely epic ending to this portion of the Mate Games. We had twists and turns, chaos, plagues, feasts, and an epic showdown.

A must listen that'll have U on edge until the end

"Lost To The Moon" by K Loraine & Meg Anne is the final instalment of the Mate Games Pestilence series, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! This epic Why Choose PNR series had me hooked from the very beginning, and the finale was everything I hoped it would be.

The final instalment was intense and action-packed. The spread of the Pestilence plague and the impending doom made for yet another thrilling listen, and the showdown between the heroes and the villains was nothing short of epic, and let’s not forget that feast…Forking Hell!! Meg and K had me on the edge of my seat until the very end, wondering who would come out on top and if everyone would survive.
The banter between the characters was so witty and cleverly written, it made me laugh out loud more times than I can count. And the little easter-eggs woven throughout the series made it all the more special for me as a fan. I truly believe this series stands out from the rest in the genre.

Finally, the duet narration by the multi-cast was simply fantastic it was a delight to listen to them all come together in this epic conclusion.

Once again, Stella Hunter has impressed me with her outstanding performance, and my admiration for her continues to grow. She portrays Rosie's possessive and controlling nature and the wickedly diabolical Pestilence with absolute brilliance. Her phenomenal acting skills make her stand out, and I simply adore her!

In this episode, John Hartley's exceptional performance continues to steal the show. As the Duke of Tears, he continues to hold everyone together, and his portrayal of Gavin was fantastic. He beautifully balanced the Duke's caring side with his controlling, possessive Alpha/Dom side and continues to be the one who hold them all together.

Jacob Morgan and JF Harding are once again delightful as the delicious Shifter Twins – they owned these roles and I adore them.

Teddy Hamilton did an excellent job showcasing Asher's caring and high-tech intelligent side he was simply brilliant.

It’s no secret that James Joseph’s performance as Pan is my favourite and JJ did not disappoint – he just gets better and better, and if Rosie ever tires of him, well, I’m right here waiting – I was worried how things will end for my fave #anti-hero Ma Petite Monstre, but as usual Meg and K did not disappoint: Pan’s character arc was well-developed, and his struggles with redemption and loyalty made for a compelling narrative and was a perfect end to such an epic series.

Overall, I highly recommend "Lost To The Moon" to anyone looking for a spicy Why Choose paranormal romance with unforgettable characters and an action-packed plot. This is a must-listen and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. While I will miss this delightfully talented master cast and world, I’m excited for what Meg and K have in store for us. All the Lost stars!

I Can't Believe It's Over

I can't believe that this fabulous story has come to an end, I've loved every twist and turn in the story. I fell in love with all of Rosie's men and wanted them all to find their HEA although it sometimes seemed impossible.

Lost to the Moon had so much happening, it's the finale after all and there were so many loose ends to be tied. I won't say anything about what happened because of spoilers. What I will say is there's an epic battle between them and Pestilence, but that was to be expected wasn't it?

This is a spoiler-free review so there isn't too much more I can say about this epic conclusion but it would be impossible to review this book without mentioning the wonderful narrators who have made this wonderful experience so much more enjoyable. The narration is in duet by an excellent star-studded cast of Stella Hunter, JF Harding, James Joseph, Teddy Hamilton, John Hartley and Jacob Morgan, what can I say about their contribution to this wonderful story except each is amazing? I'll try to be more specific, Stella Hunter's Rosie is perfect as is her Pestilence, but each of them has created the perfect voices for these characters. JJ is one of my favourites and I love listening to him, JF Harding John Hartley and Teddy Hamilton's contributions were wonderful too. Meg Anne and K Loraine have done it again writing a wonderful story and picking the best narrators to bring their wonderful characters to life.

I love the family Rosie has made for herself, and how all her mates worked at being part of it I also loved that each and every one of them seemed to find their niche.

Who will be next I wonder Death or Famine whoever it is, it's going to be quite the journey and I look forward to every moment of it.

Amazing series ending.

All of this series was an amazing world to become part of while listening to the awesome full cast series! Kim and Meg Anne have held my mind and my heart with everything to do with the War Series. Anyone who wants to escape into a fantasy world full of paranormal beings will need to run for this series!

I loved finding out all of the intricacies of the family connections and how Kim and Meg brought this epic adventure to an exciting conclusion.

I was rooting for Rosie to become the vampire queen with strengths brought out by her connection to her mates to beating Pestilence.
I especially liked when Pan is brought around to become part of the family. Then getting her hacker as well as her demon back was so hot when Gavin directs the whole group to pleasuring Rosie. Again even with all the group has to overcome there was wonderful banter that had me grinning even while cringing at watching them fight to stop an acropolis from happening.

Amazing acting by the stellar cast who make me wish that this series becomes a television series or movie. Because I could visualize the book from listening to all of them.

end

the dynamics of Rosie and guys including Pan changes throughout the series but this one centers more on the guys learning to accept Pan. With the end in sight they work together to take down Pestilence before she gets what she wants. A series worth checking out if you enjoy reading sexy times but there is still a story line aside from that.
