Story
Since leaving her family's pack, Victoria has acquired many enemies. One of them has cursed her with the inability to turn at the full moon. Each un-shift is painfully worse than the last, breaking bones as well as her optimism. Before finding the cure, Victoria must figure out who is behind it, and that proves harder than it would seem. Even with the high witch, a valkyrie, and a former troll king on her side, the mystery only continues to deepen. A cursed body is unearthed, and friends disappear.

Story
As a wolf shifter growing up in a strong pack, I should be living my best life. But after my father tried to kill our leader, I’m labelled an outcast, traitor, less than dirt. When I can't take pack life any longer, I run, but apparently they don't like losing their punching bag. Torin, the leader’s son, drags me back before my first shift...a shift that will reveal my true mate. I never could have predicted who mine would be, but the moment my wolf looks upon him, I’m filled with hope for a brighter future.

Story
Since I was born, I was destined to be one thing - the Alpha’s mate. It should be every girl’s dream. Not mine, though. He’s too dark and damaged, and I’ve got a secret he can never know: I’m not a true wolf. Instead of waiting for him to figure out that I’m an abomination, I left on my 15th birthday. But I didn’t go far. No way in hell would I let him drive me from the town I love. Ten years later, I’m still hiding in plain sight. When I occasionally see him on the street - deadly, sexy, powerful - I just walk by. Keep my head down. Until that night.

A wild band of smoking-hot shifters rescue me from hunters who claim I’m Death’s daughter. I want to be grateful, but the shifters turn out to be assholes as well, especially Jared, the Alpha Heir and apparently my fated mate. He’s chosen another, a powerful shifter princess, over a nobody like me. Even worse? He claims I’m a spy for the vampires and drags me to the fortified Shifter City. After dumping me at a shifter military academy, he thinks he can forget about me. Only he underestimates his hot and heavy lust for me.

With nowhere to turn after my mate rejects me, feeling suffocated by my own skin, I leave my pack to try and find myself...but get found instead.

Yesterday I was a teenager waiting tables in Manhattan, and today, monsters exist and I can see them. Overnight I’m thrown into the realm of the Watchers, a society of earthbound angels split into two factions: the Shades, whose powerful dark magic is given to them by the fallen angels, and the Lumens, whose abilities are bestowed on them by the archangels of Avalon. They’re on opposite sides of a brutal war, and I only have a few days to pick which side I want to join. I’m ready to choose when the Shades force my hand by cursing someone I love.

Story
Following a trail of blood into the woods isn't the smartest thing I’ve ever done, but when I find an injured wolf, I can’t bring myself to leave him behind. That decision might end up being my last, because when a pack of wolves tries to attack us, it looks like we won’t make it out alive. The next day when I wake up in my bed, it all feels like a dream…except for the bite mark on my arm and the fever. When a mysterious guy with searing blue eyes comes into my bar, hovering around me all night, I’m more than a little creeped out. It turns out I'm a newly turned werewolf....
Summary
She's hiding a dark secret. It already killed her once.
Victoria can't wait to start college, but there's a hitch - she can't remember anything before arriving on campus. Her memories finally spark when she sees her ruggedly handsome math professor, but she senses something terrible happened. The shock on his face affirms her fears.
Toby is an alpha wolf who never thought he'd see his true love again - not after she died in his arms. Nothing could have prepared him for her walking into his class. But to his dismay, not only has she forgotten the past, she doesn't even know who she is.
He's determined to do whatever it takes to restore what they've lost. Can Toby help Victoria recover her memories, or will he lose her forever?

That had more holes in it then swiss cheese!!. The reaction to seeing his long lost love was no more dramatic then being shocked at the price of an expensive lunch out. I loved the overall story line, but found it did not deleiver.

Great plot but poorly written and put together.
It was a great plot but very large and annoying character flaws. I don’t remember anything past three days ago I’m fine to holy crap what happened and then back to eh I don’t know anything whatever. Many times a zoned out on the book it just couldn’t hold my attention the main female character gets on my nerves and has zero development as a character through out the book. Many unanswered questions that’s I’m fine leaving unanswered as I don’t think I could force myself to listen to the next book. The female voice is flat and all the same but the male voice is amazing especially how he changes his voice and accent to match the story being told. Overall I wouldn’t waste my time with a second book in this series.

Good start to the series
I enjoyed this audiobook. I thought the narrator's did a wonderful job. I liked the story but wished that more happened in the book, such as answering more questions about why Victoria lost her memories. Overall I liked the book and I will be buying the second.

Lost Girl
Would you consider the audio edition of Lost Wolf to be better than the print version?
I'm dyslexic and enjoy listening to my books far more than reading, so yes I consider the audio edition better.
What other book might you compare Lost Wolf to and why?
I'm sure their are several books I could compare this book to but I can't think of the names of the books off the top of my head. BUT this book is VERY much like a show I enjoy very much, Lost Girl. I wonder if the writer of this book got ideas from the show or vis versa.
Which character – as performed by Elise Arsenault and Rudy Sanda – was your favorite?
So far my favorite character is the Valkyrie, she cracks me up so it really doesn't matter who does the performance. I do enjoy for narrators they have enjoyable voices which can make or break an audible book for me.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
hmm... not very good with tag lines... maybe something that talk about the love triangle... a new man is stealing her love can her true love make her remember him before it too late..?
Any additional comments?
Not often do I like more than one narrator, let-alone telling the story from two different sides in the same book... I feel the writer did well in going between the different sides of the story without feel like I was getting the same info over and over again. I like that just enough details was given for the reader to build the scene in their head without the story spending too much time on those kinda details and stand forced on the characters dialogue.

I liked the story, I didn’t love it. The male audible narrator was cheesy. There was a lot of repetitive story with no answers. I’m hoping book 2 will answer them.

Rough start and ending
The whole memory loss thing was awkwardly handled all through out. There was potential that quickly fell apart and wasn't capitalized on. Characters were shoe horned in and might have been better of cut out completely to give more time to other characters. The middle started getting good, but then it was like the author gave up.
The narrators were okay. Decent enough that I enjoyed them.
For an escape book that cost me nothing it was fine. I probably won't be spending credits for the next one.

I cannot give a review on the book itself. The narrators ruined it for me. Monotone and immature sounding narrators
