Story
Cole Anders is in his last season at Fullton State. If he doesn't get drafted this year, he'll be forced to hang up his cleats for good. It's not something he's ready to do. To prove he's serious about his final season, he's given up girls. No more casual hookups, dates, or one-night stands. But there's one girl who has always refused to give up on him. One girl who has been there since the start of freshman year. One girl he stupidly assumed would always be waiting for him when he got off the field, no matter how long it took.

They say you always want what you can't have. And what I want is Julia La Bella. I'm supposed to hate her with every fiber of my being, but I'll let you in on a little secret.... I don't. Not even close. The woman is stunning. She's also a colossal pain in my...you-know-what. Julia's my number-one competitor in the wine industry and she also happens to live next door. Not a good combination for a guy who's been told to "stay away from her" his whole life. Our parents can't stand each other: a bitter, outdated rivalry with no end in sight.

Story
Shay Gable hated my guts, and I hated hers, too. We went out of our way to avoid one another at all times. When she came in my direction, I went the other. When we locked eyes, she’d turn and walk away. All of that changed the day I was presented with a challenge. It started out as a stupid bet: make Shay fall in love with me before I fell in love with her first. That was an easy bet for me to win. I didn’t love. I hardly liked. Yet slowly the game started to shift. Shay made me crave things I never knew I wanted.

They say it’s a bad idea to fall for your best friend. But since when do I say no to bad ideas? It’s not like I wanted to fall in love with Ben. But I didn’t really have a choice. Not only is he hot, he’s sweet, funny, and insanely talented. We’d both been struggling musicians for years, but even after Ben got signed by a major label, he still wanted to be friends with a nobody like me. Honestly, if he didn’t want me falling for him, he should have been less goddamn perfect. Well, except for the part where he’s straight. Did I forget to mention that?

Coy is not just the small-town, literal boy next door. He’s a heartbreaking, womanizing, mischief-making (and delicious) man and was all of those things well before he became a hot-shot country music sensation. He’s a dream standing in her doorway with no shirt, messy hair, and a “Do you wanna"? grin. But he’s also a nightmare for her heart, and she knows it. Their enemies-to-lovers relationship always ends the same way - heavy on the enemies, light on the lovers. So, why is she still standing there?

A Beautiful Love Story & Great Listen!🎧
- By Bette on 17-11-18
Summary
The last book in the Celebrity Series is here, and New York Times best-selling author J. Sterling takes you on a wild ride you won’t believe! Get ready for one last look into the celebrity world and characters we’ve grown to love.
I’ve loved Ryson for as long as I can remember. He stole my heart on set when we were teenagers and hasn’t let it go since. It hasn’t always been easy being Hollywood’s hottest couple, but it’s always been worth it.
Until now.
I never thought anything could come between us. I never imagined a scenario where Ryson and I wouldn’t be together...but here we are, living out my worst nightmare. And in the public eye, no less.
Everyone wants a piece of me, but all I want is him.
In a world where love seems destined to be torn apart, how could I ever have thought we’d survive?

Don’t Listen To @ Work
Oh my gosh, chapter 7 had me in full body chills. My heart was fully invested in this book. Description and narration is great.
I felt relatable to Ryson on my outlook on marriage but my parents are still together.
If you have a soft heart and cry easily, don’t listen to this at work. Definite tears from me. I loved all the characters in this series.

J Sterling pretty much always a one click for me, but the story line here was just a little far fetched to me. I finished but almost didn’t because of gloomy midway. Narrators were very good.

Beautiful Story
This story holds a lot of truths to real life situations. The story is so well written, just enough of before and current life to give the audience full understanding. I don’t usually get emotional from reading or listening to stories but this one really hit me hard. It wasn’t just another love story with fights and drama…it was about a situation that could totally happen to anyone in a blink of an eye. The authors performed so well it just totally made the story that much more!

Cute story
Spoiler!!!!! Don’t read if you don’t want story info!
I liked the first one better. But I liked hearing the backstory of the friends. It got a little long in the middle with him never getting his memory back. But it did help feel the hurt they went through. I wish I could have heard more of the reunion, how the friends felt when they saw him, I missed all that. But cute story!

It's a bit too easy
Like the stories leading up to this one, the resolution, while inevitable, is too easy. Still, I enjoy the story, and the narration was so full of emotion.
