Summary
Tyler McCade is the youngest McCade brother in Salt Fork, Texas, and the biggest heartbreaker of them all. Or he was - until a plane crash wrecked his body and sent his crop-dusting company into a tailspin. Bad story, even worse narration
Would you be willing to try another one of Erin Mallon’s performances?
No. The narration made this story worse. Empathis was off throughout the whole story, and especially in the dialogues.
Any additional comments?
I went for what I hoped was a light story, but got a flat one instead. I really have nothing good to say about it, it was just plain bad.

Yes, I really like this story and the characters.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Caitlyn Ross, because she knew what she wanted and wasn't going to let anyone stop her from getting it.
Have you listened to any of Erin Mallon’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, the other books in this series. They were all very good and easy to listen to

Good continuation of the series

The story continues this time with Tyler McCade, the youngest McCade brother and the biggest heartbreaker of them all. In the last book he was involved in a plane crash with his now sister-in-law and his niece. Now, he is recouping at the Diamondback Ranch. In comes Caitlyn Ross who has accepted a job as pilot working for the brooding Tyler McCade. This was another good book by Anne Marie Novark.

like the story for the narrator drove me crazy
The parts of this book that I actually read rather than listened to, I enjoyed very much but the parts that I listened to, I struggled to be able to even finish. The narrator for this book really needs to work on her acting skills. she made the characters sound whiny and forced and unrealistic like a junior high play. I'm looking forward to the rest of the books in this series but if they are narrated by her I will be reading them and not listening to them. I will definitely be avoiding any other books narrated by her.
