Story
London. Wham! Pop, glitz and glamour. Two girls with stars in their eyes. Our friendship began one windy day in 1982, outside Finsbury Park tube. It was an instant like at first sight. We were on our way to a Wham! rehearsal. Pepsi was the new girl in the band and over a car stereo, a cassette tape and that journey to Bushey we bonded. We had no idea that we were on the first of many journeys together and that soon we'd be travelling all over the world. What we didn't know was that we were saying yes to a lifetime of connection that has endured whatever we've done, wherever we've been.

For a long time, I felt that I couldn't write this book. At first, I didn't think I'd lived enough, then life got busy and filled with distractions. In more recent years, there was always a very painful consideration - I knew where it would eventually have to go. I have recently decided that the truth is the only thing that can set me free. The truth has taken a long time to make itself clear to me, but now is the right time to share it, all of it. Television and broadcasting has been a part of my DNA for as long as I can remember.

Summary
Since bursting into the spotlight aged nine, Coleen Nolan has experienced more highs and lows than most people have had hot dinners. Now she's ready to share the lessons she's learned along the way. From the good, the bad and the ugly (otherwise known as love and marriage) to career tips, lifestyle hacks and motherhood, Coleen covers everything you need to know.
With her trademark down-to-earth wisdom, Coleen shares her best advice for navigating divorce and embracing single life, including her top Tinder tips. She reflects on her career, offering insight into dealing with nerves, imposter syndrome and how to achieve that all-important work/life balance. She talks frankly about getting through the menopause and coming to terms with saggy boobs and stretch marks that resemble the London Underground map as well as dealing with loss and making mistakes. Most importantly, Coleen teaches us how to be a goddess in every area of life - in the kitchen, bedroom and more!
Curl up with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and join Coleen for a cosy night in of love, life lessons and lots of laughter. Honest, practical and just a little bit naughty, this is Coleen as you've never seen her before. Live. Laugh. Love. is the ultimate guide for living your best life.

Perfectly Coleen
Where to start? I absolutely loved this book. Coleen as we know and love her, honest, to the point and bloody funny. Somehow this lady manages just the right combination of hard facts, heartbreak and life lessons.
I finished this book at 2am in the morning, actually made me cry at the end as for all her amour (jokes and self deprecating humour) you see the true raw Coleen told in her own inimitable way.
Absolutely unputdownable.
