A book everyone needs in their life!
Listened to this on audible twice now and going to buy the physical copy too.
Written with authenticity and a real passion for life. I have taken so much from this and the way it's delivered is so engaging! Absolutely loved this book! I have recommended it to many of my friends and family.

Thought provoking
My GP recommended this book whilst I was going through a difficult patch. I was a bit sceptical at first, but listening to the audio version certainly helped me to switch off and put my thoughts into perspective. Definitely worth reading and some lessons to be learned.

He’s my Ice lolly.
I was recommended this book by a therapist after having a tough time of it. Gavin narrates like your pal with a dialect normal Scottish people understand with humour and banter. The book is emotional, educational and just bloody that lift you need when times are shite. I laughed I cried, I ran through my life story with a lot of similarities. I can’t wait to listen to it again. Thank you Gavin you ice lolly. Your dad on the moon will be so proud.

Plant trees you’ll never see!
The above quote sums up this book beautifully to me. Gavin your book is immense and although in the future our paths might cross again, know this, your book has planted a tree in me that you might never see and that’s how powerful your words have been. From the day I met you and knew you were onto something bigger than yourself although you were maybe looking for it in the wrong place I now realise. Thank you for your honesty but most of all thank you for trying to make the world a better place. Now if you don’t mind I need to come out of my sausage roll duvet and go play hide and seek!

I am so inspired by this guy. His stories might make you laugh and make you cry but will absolutely make you say,I think that...I do that...this is me too!
