it is about time that not only should the medical community take note but across all aspects of society as to the benefits.

Interesting but bit of a slog

Some really interesting stuff in here, esp the stuff with practical application to diet, medication, etc. but parts of this feel like he is just reading a long list and, although I am a scientific person, I still found some of the technical parts a bit tedious. I did learn a lot but would have liked something half as long with an even more practical focus. Ended up listening to it on 2x speed to get through to the end!
