A book I could never have read too many unpronounceable words and names but absolutely great to listen to.

Totally loved it

Very easy to digest. I found it very empowering and showing how smaller amount of the brain we use. That we are not set in stone - we can change and we are changing ...

Strong basic guide to the brain

There’s a lot to recommend this book if you know nothing about the brain and you’re interested in developing its potential for your lifetime.

It’s well structured and dynamic, peppered with insightful case studies.

It’s strength is also its weakness; it’s an overview so you’ll find yourself craving more if you’re a professional in any area related to brain health.

But would I recommend it to my 80 year old mum? Yes. Absolutely.

With stories, but to the point.

It was a pleasure to listen to this book. Even though the subject is a complex one, the author makes it accessible for nearly everyone.
