Why is it so hard to actually achieve our goals?

The answer, Rob Dial tells us, is our mindset. We focus on the finished goal, we focus on the outcome, we focus on the many steps between here and there, and in doing so, we get stuck. In his years spent studying human behavior and coaching numerous clients, Dial has found that what people most struggle with is not identifying goals, or even having the motivation to reach them, but creating and sustaining momentum to long-term success. The secret: all we have to do is get just 1% better each day to make huge strides and achieve our goals. When you master your mindset, you master your life.

In this positive, pragmatic book, Rob Dial draws on his own personal story as well as his achievements helping thousands of clients, to create a 6 step programme - Focus, Work, Persist, Rest, Reward, Repeat - that will allow you create and commit to meaningful change in any aspect of your life.

Packed with proven strategies for productivity and neuro-hacks, we can literally rewire our brains to take the necessary action that leads to change.

For anyone who lacks focus !

From start to finish simple actionable advice, backed up with science. Loved it! I'd listened to Rob's podcast which gives similar advice, but makes so much more sense when in book format.

Inspiring

Love the podcast and a lot of this is taken from the podcast but it’s good to have it condensed and in some kind of order. I’m relatively new to the podcast so have a lot of catching up to do. So much, in fact all, of what Rob Dial says makes sense - it’s about the journey not the end result and making small changes that have a big impact. Definitely recommend this audio book.

Easy to digest and level up

One of the first books to go from start to finish. This is easy to digest and understand. Nicely executed, with a Q&Q after each chapter as to why and experiences had. Take action and own it.

The title of the book says it all 💪

This book gets a 10/10 from me. It is changing the way I look at life. I never used to have any idea about my purpose in life but this book together with Rob’s podcasts - the mindset mentor has helped me slowly begin to learn what my purpose is and to build my goals around this. Excellent and a must buy for all that want to see differences in their on look of life.

This book is incredible

I can tell you that this isn’t another self help book to be added to the shelf of self improvement or personal development book. This book is a guide that isn’t only backed up by amazing story telling but actual neuroscience facts that has changed my perspective when it comes to taking action toward the life I want to life. 100/10 recommendations if you want to stop procrastinating and take action towards the life that you deserve to live.

Excellent No BS Practical Self development

Best self development book I’ve listen in a long time. No woo woo self development, contains great examples and stories to understand the key points. Loved the end of chapter convo’s, also many development books are too Americanised, this is not the case here. Great read for non Americans too

loved the book but double if you listen to the Podcast

great book! useful tips and insights. also good performance it's nice to have the author als be the person who reads it. But if you listen to the Podcast you've already heard 50% of the book, and most of the examples. the message is still great but it might be double.
