Great book
I have loved all the books from this author. This one has so much useful information and is something we can probably all resonate with. It shows you how to heal from any past pain or negative experiences and start to live in the present but not letting those experiences dictate your current or future life.
It provides some really useful strategies on working through your emotions and how to let go of the past.
Well narrated and easy to follow with some great emotion.

I really liked listening to this book because it shows how to let go the past negative painful memories and move on to the light. Try to make positive memories by being with people you feel comfortable with and trustworthy people. I am sure every person can relate to this book as a human we all have some negative memory. The ultimate guide to putting the past behind you!
In Letting Go, Rebecca Collins takes us on a heartfelt journey to healing from past pain and shows us how to find our own light at the end of the tunnel. Probably one of the most difficult things for anyone to achieve, she shows how it is possible to start appreciating the present and not be tied down by past experiences. I think a lot of people will take great store from each chapter, especially if they are struggling with regrets, past trauma, hurt, and discontentment in their lives. It's especially useful because it helps the reader to work through core emotional issues like forgiveness and acceptance that many of us really struggle with. Letting Go shows that we have the power to reframe our narrative and it has an abundance of strategies to help us along. I especially love the narration so a big shout out to Joanna Lee, who brings true emotion to this important topic. Well done Rebecca -- another fantastic addition to my library!

The First Step to Healing
Letting go of the fear and uncertainty that comes with surrendering to an unknown path can be extremely difficult for anxious minds. This book shines a light on what we need most: understanding that often our own self-blame is misguided, preventing us from embracing growth, healing, and blessings in life. The author offers readers much-needed practical techniques to take charge of their lives rather than dwelling on the wrong things - enabling them to create more meaningful relationships as they move forward.

Another "winner" from Rebecca Collins
This is another "winner" from the library of works under the name of Rebecca Collins.
The Chapter titled "Dealing With Painful Memories" was particularly poignant on a personal level. I found the explanation of human physiology easy to digest and better help to identify what might be happening in the present and future.
The ideas and examples presented in that Chapter are typical of the audio recording in its entirety - where one might find oneself now and, perhaps more importantly, offering possibilities to adopt to move forward with life's experiences.
If this were to be issued as a hard copy book it would join those few other significant tomes that have stayed with me throughout my life.

Fantastic book
Another amazing book by Rebecca Collins! We all have a past and it is never easy to heal from past pain and trauma. Being able to heal and let go is probably the most difficult yet liberating thing someone can do. But it is definitely a journey and often a bumpy one. In this guide, Rebecca shows us how to look for the bright side in life, how to be and appreciate the present moment and slowly start to leave the past in the past. It was also very well narrated. Very enjoyable overall, I know I'll be returning to this book often,

Very enlightening & inspiring
This is a great book. It’s so on point. I found it very freeing on several levels. Effective in learning to let go both emotionally and physically. I didn’t realize how emotional trauma is held in your body. I learned how trapped trauma and unforgiveness affect us physically and emotionally and how to deal with it. Glad to have this in my library; She explains how forgiveness and letting go will bring joy and peace to your every day, it in a very effective way. I highly recommend this book.

Letting Go Will Change Your Life
I've always struggled with letting go. Whether it's unpleasant emotional experiences, not showing up as my best self, or making mistakes, it's been challenging to release these things.
This book came at the perfect time. Using what I learned, I was able to accept the things that I cannot change and forgive myself for stuff I had been holding onto for years.
Imagine your soul taking a big breath in, and breathing out a huge sigh of relief.
I feel more peaceful and centered in my life, and I believe I'm on a higher path to greatness now. Thank you to the author and narrator.

Acceptance is everything
This audiobook is an amazing guide that helps find acceptance and freedom from the past without putting you under too much pressure to move on. Quite the opposite, the author is incredibly understanding and compassionate to our feelings and what we might have been going through. If you're looking for a guide that is gentle but extremely helpful and will actually see you moving on towards freedom from the past, this is it.

Past Experiences Keep Us From Moving Forward
This is a wonderful book. The author details reasons that keep people stuck in the past
and she provides strategies and exercises for letting go of the past and moving on with your
life.
I particularly like chapters three and five which deal with painful and traumatic memories
and triggers.
The author states that it is possible to convert negative memories to positive ones. She
says, "Triggers are any situation that provokes some type of emotional physical, or behavioral
response, and "You can monitor them and learn to control your responses to them."
The book includes suggestions for things to do to change your physical and emotional reactions
to the things that happened to you in the past, and there are strategies for letting go and
forgiving yourself and others for things you or they have done so you can move forward.

Great book
This is a great book for getting on with your life and letting go of the things that are holding you back. I liked the ways the book discussed moving past old traumas such as reframing your way of looking at things. For example if you tend to always look at everything from a negative point of view, try to look at things in a more positive light. Everyone has things that bother them. This book does a really good job of suggesting ways for us to get past things.

Let go your painful past
I wish I had found this book earlier. Probably I wouldn't have gone through years of dejection and desperation if I had encountered this valuable resource. It was really hard to move on and I was constantly reliving the past memories and replaying in my mind if I could have done anything differently or if a miracle would happen and automatically fix everything, which obviously did not happen. Chapter 1 resonated well with me. I like how the author elucidates with an analogy of moving to a new house from a tiny cramped apartment. Life is not fair. Everyone at one point or another will have a traumatic life event and it might be hard to move on. As such, anyone can benefit from this audiobook. If you are a having a hard time to let things go and haunted by the painful past, this book will prove to be a great resource. Definitely recommend listening.

Great advice for freeing yourself of the past!
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book! It was so helpful to hear an expert discuss the process of letting go and finding closure. So many of us hold on to the past. Many of us not realizing it until we really focus on it. I found that this book showed me many ways of forgiving others and myself - a wonderful gift! I learned a lot about how much of this is related to fear, which I did not realize. I am so ready to let go and move forward with my life, and I feel this book will help me in the future as well as now. If you are tired of dwelling on past mistakes (or the mistakes of others), read this book!

Insightful Guidance
This audiobook will guide you through the process of moving from the painful circumstances of the past to find yourself in a brighter, more positive future. It focuses on self-confidence, self-esteem and self-love. I was particularly impressed with the focus on self-love and the various ways to help make it your #1 priority... even as far as writing yourself a love letter. Emphasis is placed on forgiving and forgetting to promote closure. I truly recommend this book to those that may need help in accepting the past and looking forward a bright future.
