poor recording
There is back ground noise when words are spoken and cannot hear words clearly which is Important for learning languages.

Barely Audible
I can't hear a single syllable, which is a slight disadvantage when trying to learn a language.

Waste of money..!!
Chapter 39 before you even get to "Hello"...!! I appreciate he's teaching French and is French, but his English descriptions are poor... "dyner" literal hearing - is "dinner"....! it might be a good listen if you want to build up a word bank, but so many words are also said in French that are the same in English.... if I knew it was this bad I wouldn't have bought and definitely 100% do not recommend. :-(

The worst language aid ever
1 star is generous for this audiobook. This is a collection of individual french words with no use of sentences. The worst language aid I’ve ever heard of.

doesn't include the gender for any word. it's fine knowing the word but not knowing the gender is a huge error.

Overall worth buying
I found this audiobook useful overall. The phrases in particular . My only criticism is unfortunately with regard to the narrator.
Although his voice is very pleasant to listen to when speaking French. I did find his pronunciation of the words and phrases in English could perhaps be better and therefore at times is hard to follow and distracting.
I don’t think he could be bettered for the French words and phrases but maybe someone else reading the English would make this really excellent.
