worst recording evet
almost 50% of english words cannot be heard, so you have to guess what the well pronounced Spanish means half the time. ridiculous

It will get you through most basic everyday.
It will get you through most basic everyday situations but also situations where you are in need of help for authorities. In order to become fluent or have a more advanced conversation, you will need more than this book. However, it is a good place to start.

Thoughtless & Ineffective
Every chapter is just a clump of phrases that you will be asked to repeat twice. That's it. No remedial training, no review, no intuitive problem solving with the words you've already "learned".
I was mislead by most of these reviews - spend your credits on Pimsleur instead. I knew I'd sacrifice a little bit on quality on the alternative but had no idea I was getting someone's middle school Spanish project for an audiobook.

It explains spanish very well for a beginner.
It explains Spanish very well for a beginner. It has a supplemental app as well!! I have rosetta stone but it doesn't explain the language. This book and app are great for a beginner.

There is a lot of material to learn
There is a lot of material to learn and the format is varied and interesting. Reminds me of my first year Spanish class in college, then- I am enjoying the learning process!

Best Spanish Learning Book.
Being a beginner this is the best book for me to learn Spanish. Initially, the book is step by step consist of Vocabulary and basic sentences so it is easy to understand everything.

Good audiobook
This audiobook consists of short stories so i didn’t get overwhelmed with the length. Also, I liked that it has the English translation as well. It makes me understand the context even better! Overall, it is a great audiobook to learn Spanish as a beginner!

Wonderful audiobook
I took Spanish 1 and 2 my junior and senior year in high school. It’s a great audiobook for beginners to learn Spanish. I think the reason this audiobook is so effective is because of the amount of examples that it holds.
