Covers fat loss in a clear and detailed manner

Excellent

I really could not fault this audiobook. Literally everything you need to know about burning fat and building muscle without going off-track. Dr Lee also talks about health benefits of vegetables, vitamins and minerals and their role in boosting metabolism. The accompanying pdf is really helpful with loads of formulas, tables, fat-percentage charts and references and well-presented. I'm impressed.

Well written and factual

I really liked this book a lot. I've been following a lot of youtube influencers like Jerry Branium, Mike Matthews, etc. and Dr Lee s pretty much saying the same thing, but this audiobook sums it all up in really simple, to-the-point way. The pdf is really helpful. This book is definitely for those who are serious about losing weight and muscle growth.

This book is just what I was looking for!

Great advice, lots of detail, doesn't just focus on burning fat and building muscle, but also foods to treat and prevent cancer, heart disease, obesity, and exercises to prevent sarcopenia [muscle loss] when you get older. A great all round book. A great pdf too!

I learned a lot and thought i knew enough lol.

I thought this was superhelpful and makes a lot of sense. Would say probably more geared for an experienced gym-goer but definitely makes his other book 'the ultimate gym workout' [which I've also purchased recently] more understandable regarding why the workouts were designed that way. One minor criticism was the narrator's voice got a little annoying after a while, but other than that, couldn't fault this book.

Better than I expected

I got this book because I was looking to burn a few pounds and look lean. I got so much more than I expected. Really happy with this book. I recommend this book to anyone who's looking to lose weight and keep it off long term.

Brilliant

This book gives great diet advice and covers everything in detail. I bought this book after getting hold f his other book 'the ultimate gym workout' which is a book of workouts. Highly recommended!

really thorough

Covers a range of topics in a lot of detail. I thought the 'think and grow ripped' chapter was very clever play on words. The pdf bit that comes with the book is really good.
