The keto hype

I know there is a big keto diet hype going on in the world (even now, with the virus spreading). But you have to know what you're doing. You can't just cut out all carbs and think you are going to drop 20 or 50 pounds like that. You have to study the right methods. And that's where quick books like these come in. It's actually not that complex. Just follow the advice in here.
