Too mushy for me
I really enjoy the characters Karen Rose populates her books with and normally their interactions adds to the story. In this story the main two characters become too mushy for me. I think that some of the interactions are important for their relationships but it is there reputation that seems to be to fill the story rather than add to it.

Great story , computer voice narration
Love the story, have been waiting for so long to have Dani and Diesel's story.
Unfortunately the narrator really spoiled it for me. It sounds very computerised and the way she pronounces Diesel is really annoying. Shame they didn't keep the same narrator for the whole series.

Brilliant !!!
The usual complex and superb storyline and plotting we can reliably expect from Karen Rose.
And what I found fascinating was the ‘family’ story was finely wrought and gave us a deeper insight into the issues around child abuse, fostering and deafness whilst building that family up.
And finally, I like the new relationship - about time Dani!
All Rose fans will enjoy this latest book. Thank you Karen.
