Great book, wrong format
I’ve given up and bought the actual book. This is a very good book and I could listen to India Knight all day long but it doesn’t work in this format.
Knight is full of fantastic advice for women like me and she demystifies all the latest developments in ‘beauty’ in a most helpful way.
That’s why I’ve just bought the actual book.
I kept having to rewind to catch what was said about a product then would get confused about which one she meant.
So if you’re interested in this subject and want to learn from the best, save your time and buy the book, don’t listen or you’ll miss most of the fabulous suggestions.

Honest Help
Funny, warm, reassuring and genuinely helpful: giving us just a handful of suggestions for each category together with the gen on which ingredients actually do what. Will save time and money and make decision fatigue a thing of the past. Fab!

Confused
I bought this book looking for clarification with regards to what products to use as there are so many to choose from. I feel more confused than ever , as I usually listen to audible books when driving it would be impossible to jot a name down so probably better to have the hard copy. I haven’t completed the book and not sure whether I have the heart to listen to anymore lists of products, disappointed, not for me.
