Summary
A unique and unbelievable first-hand account of how one man fought his way to the top of the criminal underworld...and what he needed to do to stay there.
This very minute, someone somewhere is buying drugs.
Across the globe, millions of people are involved in the brutal, cold-blooded world of drug dealing, but only a small number make life-changing money. Only a few get to the top, make the calls, know how it all works and truly become drugs lords. And even fewer survive.
I know because I am one of those drug lords.
After 30 years, I've decided to retire and tell the story of how I got to the top of this tainted profession, what's involved in being a serious criminal, the tricks of the trade, the art of the deal and what it really takes to stay alive for so long.
This will be my last confession. And I hope you learn something.

More like "How I grew up with Hippy parents"
About 4 chapters in I was seriously wondering when the "confession" bit would begin.
As with many autobiographies/biographies there is a bit of a preamble about how the author grew up and their background.
In this book that seems to be all there is. After 14 chapters we're still hearing details about the dysfunctional mother, time in boarding school, etc etc. Over half way through we are finally getting to the point where the author is introduced to criminality and even that is boring.
Because I've suffered through it for so long Audible won't let me return it.
Save yourself some time and money and buy a different book.
