Great New Concept

It as grasped my interest and I found myself enjoying it. The pace of the it's easy and well done. New concept that was so refreshing to listen to. My only con was the home audio but loved it all.

Lovely story, can't wait for the next book.

First of all, I love the concept of the story. The story itself is pretty good but feels like an introduction all the way through, but makes me excited for book 2. The main character is fun to follow but maybe a little overpowered with the items and skills he gets. Would love to see a bit more struggle for him to get through. But besides that, the skills that he has are surprising they aren't just called "running" or "fighting with daggers". They are called after specific techniques that he uses. Which makes it a lot of fun and thought me a few new things. The chapters are also titled by songs which I thought was a fun little detail.

For the Audiobook itself. It was nice to listen too. Different than other LitRPG audiobooks so far. For me, it felt like the narration started off a bit awkward. The range of different kinds of voices aren't very special but keeping in mind that it's the narrators first try it was good. And he got a lot better throughout the book. But it was still a lot of fun to listen to.

I would 100% recommend listening to this book if you are a LitRPG junky like me. Because it is different and fun. I will be buying the next audiobook of this series and can't wait to listen to it!
