Summary

Stand alone story
I've listened to a few of Cat Johnson's SEALs books, so I recognized Zane Alexander who plays a relatively significant role in this one. I got the impression that more of the characters (likely including Brent) were mentioned in other books, but it wasn't necessary to read them first.
What I like about Cat Johnson's books is that she introduces the characters getting together in one book, and then those characters reappear in later books and you can see the relationship develop further. As a stand alone, it feels like the relationship is just getting started and the book ends quickly, however I hope that over the series their story continues.
Sean Posvistak is a great narrator and brings a lot of energy to his performance.

Spying fun!
An easy, fun listen. Billionaire Brent owes Zane a favour which Zane calls in by way of Brent doing a bit of uncover work for him at an uppercrust event. Quirky Brent indulges in all his James Bond fantasies while helping out. He meets sexy student Alex at the party and is immediately smitten but is Alex everything she seems? Tension, fun and games follow with Russian spies, British spies gun toting Russians. Alex may be the enemy but Brent can't keep his hands off her. Love the interaction between Brent and Zane and enjoyed the fact the story is told entirely from Brents POV. Alround a relaxing enjoyable well narrated listen!

what a fun story
A light enjoyable funny listen.

the easy listening voice made the book enjoyable
Received audio for free for an honest review, the main character was a scared hero and the narrator portrayed him perfectly made the character come to life. I wish I enjoyed the story more.

More, please!
Hot Billionaire for Hire is another wonderfully-written story by Cat Jonnson. I absolutely loved the characters and their interaction. The storyline is witty, the dialogue is fabulous; it kept engrossed from start to end. Superb narration by Sean Posvistak, he portrayed the characters' personalities, emotions, and their connection flawlessly, bringing the story to life. I enjoyed everything about this audiobook, and strongly recommend it. I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook, and my unbiased review is voluntarily given.

hilarious rom-com spy games story!
I'm listening to the audio (the narrator alone does an excellent job acting out the story and I'm lovin' it!) and only at chapter 6, but I'm hooked into the story already - giggling, intrigued, Zane!, being in Brent's head, the anticipation of what's coming next - and I can't wait to see where we go next!

I was wanting something a bit more light-hearted rom-com than what I usually go for, and this seemed to fit the bill. And it totally delivered!
And now that I finished.... I giggled through so much of the story that that fact alone made this a great read (listen). Getting to see a spec ops mission from a non-spec ops point of view was hilarious! There were some sweet moments mixed in with some rollercoaster emotion rides (I mean, being a billionaire dude doesn't leave you exempt from a bit of heartbreak and worries, ya know), and charm with a whole lot of laughs - whether intentional or not.
This is a great story! So glad I found it and got a day full of giggles listening to it (along with a clean house! lol)

Fantastic
Loved it. The amateurs trying to do a professional job. Gaps should be so lucky to get a millionaire for an agent!
