I've Learned So Much About Myself!
I desperately wanted this title - there's just too much in here. The terrible reviews of the listeners almost shocked me away, but my stubborn nature let me plunge ahead and put the book in my cart. I'm so glad I did. I don't know why the other reviewers found the title so awful. I quite liked him and found his tone soothing and just right for the audiobook. I won't extol his virtues. Try the sample and make up your mind. He sounds in the rest of the audible just as he does in the sample. You can find plenty about this book elsewhere on the web too.

Finally my emotions make sense
This audible has been very helpful. I see that I have always been a highly sensitive person. But I have judged myself that this is failing on my part- because it goes against many of society's norms. This work has helped me to see the strengths of being highly sensitive, and thus become much less judgemental of myself!

Interchanges Sensitivity to Outside
This audible so far is a mess. It's mixing up meanings of "sensitive" as if they're all interchangeable, and throwing in political stereotypes and even some religious new-age stuff. Yes, those of us who are highly sensitive to outside stimuli and are more easily overwhelmed can also be sensitive emotionally, but those things still are not the same thing nor interchangeable.

Simply the best
This book helped me put all my life's parts collectively. I see now why I am the way I am. Now I will cover my sensitivity and improve it rather than working against myself like I have been taught to do for most of my life. Grateful that I understand this and I suggest it to anyone.

It was simple but not insultingly simple.
Very educational about the manner, eye-opener, and the knowledge she describes is greatly helpful. Improved the way I view myself and other HSPs.

Stimuli with Emotional Sensitivity
This audible so far has been all over the place. It's talking about "highly sensitive" to outside stimuli but then talks about sensitivity in regards to being caring and nurturing, as if those things are the same or always go together - which is untrue.
