3.5 Bearable Star’s

Callie is coming back home, she has missed her men. She hoped coming back home she would get to be with them again. She knows there is more to the world than just humans.

Jake and bobby have been in love with Callie since they were kids.

For me it a friends to lovers story, of how they come to terms with wanting to be with each other even after all the time.

Being Bear shifters there father is dying. There clan protect the Elders Cave but The Canids want control of the cave, so they kidnap Callie in hope to take control.

It’s a story of hope and loose, love and wants. I enjoyed this book and the dynamics between these 3 defiantly worth taking the chance.

Failed to keep my attention

What would have made Her Bear Twins better?

There was a way it was written with too many descriptive words and run on sentences that did not keep my attention. If I was reading the actual book and not just listening I would have skimmed over these spots.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

I feel like the ending was rushed but that's the problem with short stories sometimes.

How could the performance have been better?

I don't know if it was when they had to add parts or when they went back to fix parts but at times I felt like the narrator was quieter and I had to turn it way up then it would go back to normal. I checked my headphone connection and it definitely wasn't that. I also had to turn up the speed because the narrator read way to slow and soft spoken that my mind would wander and I wouldn't be listening.

This story has great potential and it is a great idea but I think too much was built up for a short story that it could have been longer and not rushed at the ending.

Bear-Some With Twins!

I really enjoyed Amy Star's The Bear's Hired Mate; however, I didn't think Her Bear Twins was on the same level. While this was a complete story, and had a decent plot, parts of the story felt underdeveloped. If story was more developed and slightly longer, it would have been great story.

Meghan Kelly did a great job on the narrations.

I give the story an overall 3.5 stars. Three stars for me means the story was ok and I added a half star for the narration.

Her Bear Twins

This story was pretty good. Callie had a relationship with Jake and Bobby before she left town. When she returned, their relationship picked up again even after many years. I did not like the ending and felt it should have continued a little longer to give us more information about Jake, Bobby and Callie. Meghan Kelly did a good job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Cute short story

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. I enjoyed this short story. Amy Star put suspense, thrill, and romance in a short story. It was not a deep story, but enjoyable. The characters were well developed. I was wondering how she was going to end the story with a three-way relationship. I thought it was a complete story. Overall, it was an enjoyable listen. After all, that is what fantasy is all about.

Bear-y Enjoyable...

I enjoyed the book and the narration. It was fun and a quick listen.
This is definitely one of my fav authors to listen to.

I was given this book in return for my unbiased opinion. I honestly thought it was a pretty good story. I am Amy Star fan so it had some hotness to it which I LOVE and a little story to it..I wasn't so intersted in the Elder's Cave but we need some drama and so that was right smack in the center of the drama. I would recommend this quick read, it has sex, shifters and drama, oh and great narration.

was not my favorite book...

Ok to be honest, it took me a bit to get into this book. I love shifter books. But felt this one started off just as any other.
I also thought the sex scenes where written for teenagers, not adults. They were not hot at all. talking about Muffs and Bushes and pubic hair! Yuck! Makes me think of 70s porn
I didn't like her using words like " rear, or buttocks," " he humped her to orgasm". "she gave him Fellatio" no other words to describe things, just that.
i do not mind sex in books at all, but if you write sex scenes, please add some heat to them. they were kind of a let down. And sadly funny.
The story was not awful, but it could of been way more developed with out the childish sex scenes.

Ok! I liked some of the story but was not a big fan of the sexy scenes, the descriptions and dialogue just wasn't my cup of tea. I think the narrator did a good job telling it!

Fantasy ménage romance

This was a good overall storyline and I always enjoy listening to Ms Kelly. For the length of the story it was as fleshed out as it could be. This was an easy ménage romance without any explicit scenes some have delved into in other books. Almost an introductory one? A lengthy storyline and a bit more would’ve garnered a 5 starred review.
