It maybe short but still a waste of time
There's better information on YouTube. The narrator actually reads out grammatical and lexical errors that must have been in the source text. It sounds more like a school project than something written by a doctor. Finally try Googling "Dr Rosemont Michael." See if you find anything other than this book.
