An easy, flowing read sprinkled with much wisdom.

This was an interesting listen. It delves into the many ways businesses use human nature and our predictability in terms of habit forming to market products. I can't describe just how much this book put into perspective for me and opened my eyes to how simultaneously easy-- and yet difficult-- behavior change can be. As somebody who is very routine-oriented, I took for granted the process of establishing habits, yet this book made it very clear that the cue that precedes the habit and the reward that follows the habit ought not be neglected. It is an excellent book analysing how habbits work and how you can change them. The listen gets a deep insight into the mecanics of the habbit suppprted by many examples and the scientific research.

Excellent body of work

LIke another reviewer said I read this book not really expecting to really like it. There was much skepticism on my part. I read it feeling it would read like all the other self-help books I've read. I'd get a big inspiration high only to fall from it without having achieved much and What an amazing book to help out just when I needed some inspiration. I am one of those people always looking to biohack life and get more out of it. This book gives me not only inspiration but applicable skills to move! It gives not only opinions but actual habits to adapt to get more out of every day. i recommended this book.

As good as short, or even better

I learned many new ideas and have started the process of building habits. I love studying habit formation and behavioral science. And this is such an easy read, you forget how amazing the content is. does an excellent job of organizing a wealth of information in a way that is easy to read, understand, and apply. A great guide for those who want success in their lives and escape the mediocre life. A great listen for those who want to achieve great feats in life in a nurturing and delightful way. Do you want to live an exceptional life? What does it take to perform at a high level and achieve great success? Jason Marks believes he has found the secret and it has more to do with habits than talent or luck.

Best book ever on habits.

So many great ideas in this book. It will take me a few years to integrate many of them into my life. I have already firmed up my workout consistency by identifying myself as "a person who never misses a workout. . it is very easy to listen and apply to your everyday living. He give you powerful tips, encourage good habits, and inspiring true stories. I just received my book and definitely look forward to listen it. Habits has really made me think about how I live my life and what habits are leading me to success or hindering my progress. The book has a good balance of references, arguments, and concepts. There's a lot of useful information and it is presented well.
