A Fascinating book.
How does one describe art, science and wisdom perfectly blended and articulated allowing for the complete capture of a reader's mind and heart? Call it The Power of Habit. This is a great book, filled with useful insights, shared in interesting prose that continually intelligently pieces together its main points from multiple sources. Amazing combination of reality, truth and just plain great stories! The book is packed with information that is helpful to any human for use in personal life or in business or any other arena. We listened to it with our kids on a road trip and they were so into it that they asked us to put it on as soon as we got in the car.

Very interesting!
I was taught by Ursuline nuns and Sisters of Mercy. This book is very interesting. When having to work with relgious garb, the history and the look of the Nun's rob can often be over looked. This book helps to supply a deapth of information on this much needed area of costume design. How wonderful it was to revisit the wardrobe of nuns I have known in the past. Also, excellent fashion history. I wish the nuns had NEVER given up their habits. This is a good book about the use of and thoughts behind the wearing and use of the Habit.

This is a nice all around, habit-building book
Simple book. You can listen it in a day and study it for a life time. Not like it is anything profoundly new, but it is stuff that we forget to do in our busy lives. One thing this book taught me is that writing down your goals can dramatically change your mindset. It actually is helping me a lot get things done that I was putting off for months! We all have big hopes and dreams but life can get in the way sometimes. This book is a great tool to start kicking up good habits in your life. good book ever for habit. i like this so much i like this book.

Exellent bool for hanit.
What an amazing book to help out just when I needed some inspiration. I am one of those people always looking to biohack life and get more out of it. This book gives me not only inspiration but applicable skills to move! It gives not only opinions but actual habits to adapt to get more out of every day. I know that with the skills I got from this book I will be able to serve more in the world and ramp up my game to achieve Higher Performance.

Great book
I keep recommending this book to everyone I talk to, and that is something I generally don't do. This is a very interesting book that reports on studies performed in the medical field about how our brains work without knowing it because we're doing something out of habit. An excellent book, well researched and validated. The great book.

Encouraging and motivational!
This book gives a healthy and different look in how to form habits by using a little willpower to create mini habits. My girlfriend bought this book for her nursing program and it arrived in a brand new condition. This is such an inspiring book. It helps us improve ourselves. After reading this book, you can assess yourself and identify those bad habits and implement what should be done. Wish I had this book years ago.
I learned many new ideas and have started the process of building habits. I love studying habit formation and behavioral science. And this is such an easy listen, you forget how amazing.This book has everything you need to build a new habit. I 've read many books on this subject, this one is the best. made a chart for targeted habits and started my process easily and joyfully. This book is very concise and easy to lisen. Unique and absolutely wonderful.
This is a wonderful story. Something to think about. Pleasantly of laughs and serious talks. All characters are believable and well developed. Please read and pass it on. Hits all the caretaker nightmares from insurance to failing health. Then tackles nursing home selection and options. All with humor and personal angst. that its a combination of marvelous humor,and a certain sadness involved in the relationship between an eccentric,aging mother and her care-giving daughter, Susan. Its beautifully written,and very, funny. Ok I liked this book very much because it is about our parent getting old and set in her ways.
