A long read with no information
I wanted this book to create new habits if that’s what you think your going to get your wrong. The book is really drag out almost like the writer didn’t have enough information for a book.also the book repeats the information again and again which you don’t even get too unto chapter 3 😐 which I didn’t waste my time didn’t learned anything. The book reads like it’s trying to sell you something

This Book Touched My Mind

Most Touching
I listen to a lot of self help books for professional development. Sounds really great. Because this is a topic of need in my life, I I quickly became frustrated with that expert's advice because he simply told me many reasons why I needed to become self disciplined & then I was supposed to just go do it! In this book "Habit Building", the author gives you practical things to do and not to do, what to do when you get off track, and how to capitalize on how the brain works. This was extremely helpful, has an accompanying workbook, and was pleasant to listen to, and I'm excited about putting the steps to work immediately!

Excellent Resource For Audio-book
There are a million books on productivity but this book had a lot of good information and it is presented in a manner so you can review it in a timely manner. One specific item was something I used to do religiously but somehow got away from so the book reminded me I should start doing that again. Thanks
