Helpful & NEEDED!!

I really liked the narrator's voice. I need to heal my gut and am learning ways to implement slowly. I am on a weight loss journey, too; I have dandruff and other things that signal gut health issues. I especially liked Chapter 5, Natural Solutions, that is my jam!! I am looking forward to a healthier gut microbiome and symptoms accordingly!! Great listen!!
