Summary
I've won one victory against my enemies, but it seems the barons are just getting started with their new, vicious schemes. They'll stop at nothing to expand their power.

The plot is heating up, in more ways than one!
Another great addition to this series, maybe it was a little less hectic than previous installments, but the story was certainly pushed along, with both the barons and the scions suffering losses and defeats as well as victories.
How will this play out? Can Rory and her guys defeat the Barons, their own evil parents and protect the Narys whilst keeping their bonds of love? I hope so, but there is a lot that needs to be sorted in the final book.

wow!!!
wow!! how can Eva drop such a bomb and just keep on writing her story as if nothing major was revealed? I am not talking about the cliffhanger at the end of the story which is all good too!!!
I am talking about the bomb Maalcolm just dropped and then... then... left me wanting to know more.I am glad that Rory and her boys decided to be together no matter what but I still cannot get past that hint that could change the entire group dynamic. it makes me want to jump in and read the next instalment right now!!!!

Brilliant
Another amazing book in this series! Just when you think you have it all figured out everything changes again. This book takes you on such a thrilling ride full of so many unexpected twists and turns. Rory is a brilliant heroine brought to life by the fantastic narration. I cannot wait to read the next book. 😀

Can’t believe this is the penultimate book!
I received a free audio copy of this book directly from the author for an honest review.
This is the 7th book in this amazing series! Only one more book to go and I can’t believe it! There’s so much to be said about this book so much action and not just the steamy kind! The scions are taking action against the barons! So many twists and plots and I’m not going to spoil them by writing them down but there’s so many moments that have you in shock. And that cliffhanger ending once again aahhh! So looking forward to the final conclusion!!

What the damn hell?!?!?!
I normally write these reviews and comment on the storyline etc but this time "Eva, what the hell did you do to those poor characters?!?!?!" is the best I can manage. The wider world storyline blows wide open, every single one of the pentacle has a major confrontation in some way or another - I mean, what she (the author) did to Malcolm was just plain cruel!
I can't wait for the final installment - I have no idea how this is going to play out!
