Action packed and steamy!!!🔥

This is book 1 in the Vigilance and what an amazing start to a new series.

Michael Dean's audio delivery and narration was simply phenomenal.
I read the ebook version when this relrased but I enjoyed the audiobook more because the narrator actually gave the characters their own voices.

Giorgio and Lane were hot together!!
The stramy scenes were sexy and yhe storyline had me wanting for more.
The characters were well fleshed out and likeable!!

I absolutely adored this book and can't wait to listen to book 2.

When will book two be out?!

Don't believe in rehashing the story line in a review. Just listen, you will love the story line and the narrator. Really want a second book!

Swoony and Steamy

I enjoyed listening to this one. I believe it’s a spin off of a series but it didn’t take away from enjoying this one. Michael Dean is a favorite narrator of mine so his performance is up to par on this.

But the Narrator! UGH!

Cute story. I enjoyed it. Michael Dean needs to dial it back a bit. He needs to take a few pages from the Joe Arden and Shane East sexy times playbook.
Great voice but overacts way too much. Instead of sexy and sensual, he sounds like a commentator at a horse race.

Holy. Hotness!!

You guys. Holy hotness!! I think I’m still fanning myself. I absolutely loved Giorgio when I read it in ebook and I quickly started stalking Audible for the audio release. The audio angels smiled upon us because it didn’t take long. I thought this was hot when I read it, but Michael Dean just made Giorgio and Lane’s story even hotter. I loved his narration for both of these men. I’m fairly sure my cheeks were burning from chapters 15-17, so you know...listener beware! Michael Dean’s voice was so perfectly growly for Giorgio, and I loved his narration for Lane as well. Like the ebook, I was immediately drawn into the story and didn’t want to stop! Michael
Dean just pulled me into the storyline, and I hated having to stop at points! He narrated the sexual tension between Lane and Giorgio SO intensely. Even after Giorgio loses his control with Lane, that tension is just still so THERE. Gah! I loved how each man was so consumed with the other. I loved how Giorgio really tried to stay away from Lane, to keep his feelings and desires in check because he couldn’t see a life for himself where Lane could possibly fit. He failed spectacularly in the best ways in staying away, and I was so there for it! I just loved Lane’s bratty independence. He had such a good heart and he just wanted Giorgio so badly and couldn’t understand why he was fighting them so hard. I loved everything about this book, and I can’t wait for more from this series! I loved it so much, this makes me want another listen of the Marchesi Family series!

well written, lots of action and lots and lots of steam. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only criticism I have is the narrator. He's extremely talented, however the sexy times were a lil over the top. He seemed to act them a lil too fast. It was like 0 to 60. If he would of slowed it down a tad it would of been a 5☆ all the way.

The Darker, Dangerous Offering in the Series...

...in my opinion! Again, the cover snapshot sets the right framework for this segment in the Vigilance saga. Giorgio is a delicious bit of rough trade that I'm sure Silvia Violet enjoyed fleshing out. Too bad there isn't a chat forum (?) in which to query authors & narrators alike.
Regardless, the story says it all: Giorgio draws Lane under his authoritative spirit, unleashing the younger man's deepest desires & needs. Trés sexy & erotic. Michael Dean's exceptional talents brought it all together & should NOT be missed.

A story with good bones.

I enjoyed the story line but I thought it could have been better explored. More could have gone on.

Unfortunately for me (maybe not for others), this seemed more like an audio porno with a loose plot connecting sex scenes. I would have enjoyed it more if I felt the plot didn’t seem so forced to get to “the sex”.

Again though, if you are looking for kind of weird, and bordering silly sex that’s trying too hard to fulfill a readers fantasy...it may be for you.

I was hoping for more.
