I thought the narrated added some great passion to this book. The stories of changed lives were very challenging and encouraging.

The narrator is excellent. He is animated and engaging.

The writing is open, honest and thought-provoking. I had already read the book. Listening was just as rewarding. Jim Cymbala freely admits that the "success" (as we would see it) of The Brooklyn Tabernacle is all due to their submission, listening to and obeying the Holy Spirit. A recommended listen.

We read together as a church for our month of prayer. Really raised our expectation and passion for the Lord and our desire to cry out to him.

Ever since I read this book then later got this audio version, it's been such a blessing! Each time I need a revival of my heart, I play it again and again. The rendition is great with the lovely musical interludes. I highly recommend it for every child of God. My spirit is revived!

Love it, the testimonies encourages and reminds us of who we serve as Christian. Reminding us of God's love for his people no matter who they are or where they are from, they can be saved through Jesus Christ, salvation is a gift as he first loves us and we can be use to further his kingdom until he comes again. The testimonies of impossible situation where God as reveal himself. In this day and age prayer is our weapon of choice and our faith which leads us to step out not in our own strength but walking with God our ABBA Father - God will sustain us let's continue to hold tight to him. Are you willing to be used by God? This book will have you whether you on fire, lukewarm or cold.
