About this listen
She wants more than just his forgiveness....
Trixie’s not ashamed of the exposé she wrote for the college newspaper last year. She’s a woman who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to do whatever it takes to get the story, even if it meant lying to a friend to get the inside scoop.
Still, every time she sees Wes, she regrets the loss of someone she really enjoyed spending time with. Not one for labels or someone who puts limitations on attraction, Trixie can’t deny the pull she feels toward Wes when they cross paths again.
He's willing to do whatever it takes to change her perception of him....
Wes has always been the odd man out. Different than his brothers, he was always more comfortable playing video games or enjoying solitary moments in the pool.
Although he never expected someone as sexy as Trixie to fall for an inexperienced guy like him, he also never expected her betrayal. Now that he has a second chance, can he get her to see him as more than the nice guy she duped?
A year has passed, but anger and regret still linger. Can Wes and Trixie agree to put the past behind them and move forward, or will late-night confessions prove to be more than they can forgive and forget?

Wes.
Loved the audiobook it was great, the story was written well and the characters were interesting. This book was about Wes and Trixie. Wes and Trixie were friends and Wes is in a fraternity he also has his two brothers are in the same fraternity. One day Trixie came over and started writing a story mainly over one guy, well it caused a lot of problems so Wes and Trixie stopped talking. One year later and they started talking again, the chemistry between them was intense. The story was fast paced, twists, drama, pleasure, desire, pain and love there is a lot more emotions. I have listened to the audiobook three more times before I wrote my review I loved it.

Trixie & Wes!
Trixie was on a mission, and after succeeding in her expose, she did find regret for the way things ended with Wes. Wes is still hurt and with a push by his frat brothers, decides to start dating Trixie, only to use her as she did him. But things are never that easy, are they? This is a fun, easy listen, and brings out all the qualities I enjoy in a Bethany Lopez listen. It includes great characters. Trixie is quite the girl. Ambitious with a conscience. She has learned a hard lesson. Wes is sweet. His inexperience and true feelings make him lovable. Add in his brothers and some others we meet in the first story and the book is easy to follow, has love, forgiveness, redemption all sending warmth to our heart. I enjoyed this one, and now will go back to listen to the first of this series!
Dryw McArthur & Penelope Rose are a great pick for the narrators of this book. Each have great voices and they fit the new adult genre perfectly. I enjoyed their performance.

Wes and Trixie!
Trixie doesn’t regret the story she told about a member of the fraternity in the school paper but she does regret that it cost her the friendship she had with Wes. She doesn’t expect Wes to ever understand or even forgive what she did so no one was more surprised than she was when he came to her rescue.
Wes’s family situation is complicated to say the least but he has always know the support of his brothers even if he has felt like he has never measured up. He is willing to leave what happened with Trixie in the past as his feelings for her run much deeper than friendship but doesn’t believe she will see him the same way. When he shows her a side she hasn’t seen before the chemistry ignites but will it be enough to overcome the obstacles standing in their way?
Wes is quite the puzzle as at times he is insecure and at times confident while Trixie tends to act first, albeit with the best of intention, and realize the repercussions second. There is no denying the chemistry between them but their relationship is unlike anything either has experienced before so they have some setbacks along the way.

Second Chance College Romance
Frat House Confessions: Wes by Bethany Lopez is a second chance romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Dryw McArthur and Penelope Rose.
This is the second book in the Frat House Confessions and I would highly recommend reading them in order since the stories are interconnected.
This is the second book of of Bethany's that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. I loved the relationship that bloomed between West and Trixie. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the story. It really brought the story to life.
I can't wait for the next book in the series Frat House Confessions: Brody to be released on audio so I can get Emma and Brody's story.
Dryw and Penelope did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like college romances, second chance romances, or contemporary romance.
