Nathaniel Parker, born in 1962, graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and went on to join the Royal Shakespeare Company. His television career began in 1988 when he played Flying Officer 'Flash' Gordon in the LWT mini-series Piece of Cake. He is also the lead in the BBC series The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, based on the novels by Elizabeth George. Nathaniel Parker has an extensive list of audio books to his credit, ranging from the classics of Charles Dickens and Thomas Hardy to more modern writings and children's books.

I love this book series!
This book series is just solid enjoyment. The characters are great and brought to life by the superb performance of Nathaniel Parker. The thing I love about these books is that it's easy listening and I binge these in one sitting. Just about to start the next book!

Return of favorite characters. Good plot with enough intrigue and tension to keep the audience interested.
Too short, I could have continued listening to Nathaniel Parker’s narration. Good at whichever series he narrates. BRAVO!

wonderful series! I can't get enough. more please!
This series is well written and a lot of fun to listen to. Most entertaining. I'm so glad I found it. Sir Harry and Kat are always up to something and it's always exciting and fun. Wonderfully narrated too. I have listened to all of them at least twice and have pre-ordered the next one-book 12.

Not as good as previous stories in this series
I love these characters and the story lines. This one, however, started out rather slow It did get better as the story went on, I can’t put my finger on what was different. I will listen to the next one in the series when it comes out. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

Disappointing
I normally love the stories and the narrator of this series. But sadly, the story was dull and the performance seemed somehow “off.” Maybe the production was rushed? I’ll continue to listen to this series-hopefully the next one will be back on track.
