Helped me recover from love addiction
Really enjoyed this book. Very clear explanations and examples that were relatable for someone with an anxious attachment. And lots of tips for how to help myself avoid toxic patterns.

Narration is terrible
The narration is impossible to follow. Very fast, mechanical and it seems that the narrator is emotionless and disinterested

Read it rather than listen to it
Content is okay. Narration is awful gave me a headache. Think I would have enjoyed it if they made it more readable lots of list which dont really work with an audio book.

Recovery steps unhelpful
I find the narrator difficult to listen to.
The practical steps for recovery aren’t very proactive. It just seems to tell you to take a lot of time to go to rehab groups and break from your partner. Not really any tools to deal with day to day.
