Lovely story. Loved the ending.

The performance of this story is wonderful and story is so lovely especially at the end. Worries don't matter no more when happiness and love fill the little creature's journey of life.

Total Success, would recommend...

intro great, for my son a little info and context for me a mini mind winder about how times change. Fabulously read, clear, concise and lovely smooth time which makes for a good listener at bedtime. excellent story I am today as much as when I was younger a huge Roald Dhal fan and have introduced my son to his work and he snapping up every story...

Esio Trot...I love it

I love this book and I listen to it every night I am 9. I've listened to it about 40 times. My favourite part is when Mr hoppy swaps alive for the bigger tortoise. And I love when Mrs silver describes little ladies house when the bigger tortoise can't fit in

Short and sweet

This isn't the longest story to purchase but it is a lovely listen. My son has listened to it repeatedly, at least 20 times or more. Anyone who has seen the short film will have no problem with Quentin Blake's silky tones wrapping around the image in your mind making a joyful short story.
