About this listen
Despite what the media may tell us, we are not what we buy, what we own, or what we achieve. So why is it so hard to break the cycle of clutter and chaos? Jessica Rose Williams shares her personal transformation, and shows how you can live an intuitive, minimal life, with a unique style of your own.
What is enough?
Time enjoyed slowly. Choices made intentionally. Life lived gracefully.
Without realizing, we make many of our life choices based on the whims of others. It’s time to change paths. Welcome to the richer journey, which requires you to come face-to-face with who you really are and what you want. With minimalist and slow living writer Jessica Rose Williams as your guide, build a curated, simpler, more intuitive life founded on your personal values and desires.
At 25, Jessica was diagnosed with cervical cancer. The shock compelled her to question her fast-paced, consumerist lifestyle, one designed around pleasing others. Enough is her heartfelt story of turning away from a life of regret, and it is also an invitation for you to begin your own transformation. Make sustainable changes for real impact, discover your style and capsule wardrobe, learn to let go of what doesn’t serve you, simplify and organize your home and finances, reclaim your free time, and go deeper to consider what quiet thoughts a noisy life might have been drowning out.
Embrace a mindset of enough and the power that comes from realizing you’re already enough, right now - just as you are.

Loved it!
I loved the journey I was taken on,
I loved the similarities that run through my own healing journey,
I loved to listen to the clarity of your journey, like a map laid out, which helped me to have more clarity, and see my map more clearly.
Thank you, you are awesome and I am so proud of you. X

I loved it.
It addresses all topics I was looking to find and Chapter 5 was really enlightening, especially as I too suffer from Climate anxiety. Her advice is lovely and really positive and I recommend for all like minded people to read this and share with others.

Honest, helpful but a little repetitive
I follow Jessica on YouTube and love her approach to life, aesthetic and gentle, reflective demeanour. I enjoyed the book most when she related her personal experiences to her path through and beyond minimalism. I was tempted to buy the print copy because I thought it might be full of exercises presented as tables or charts or blank pages. It isn't. I know a lot of what is in this book already (from her blog and other books like Marie Kondo's of course) but Jessica is refreshing and searingly honest that having the perfect capsule wardrobe and idyllic cottage is lovely but might not be the answer to your 'problems'. Seeing a counsellor, digging deep and being true to yourself is probably the better way forward. Sadly, what really made this book a 4 star rather than a 5 was the narration. The narrator over enunciated every word and made the guide sound more like Jane Austen's rather than Jessica Rose Williams. The part where Jess relates her attempt to be 'posh' with the pony club girls was quite funny because of this. If I didn't follow Jess's blog or YouTube channel I may have lost patience as it did get repetitive and a bit overly earnest towards the end. However, should Jess do a second book I will be sure to buy it. For the most part, she really knows what she is writing about.

The perfect dose of self care
I loved this book. I have read so many in this genre and it was the ideal balance between picking you up and motivating you, but also keeping yourself in check and reminding you you’re just fine as you are too.

A good book, narrator not so great
Ah, I really wish Jess would have done her own recording. This narrator really ruined it for me. I think the way Jess writes is much stronger than the voice suggests. Some awkward comments in there... wish she hadn’t gone into detail with some things such as the ED. I don’t think it really adds to the purpose, I think there is a way to describe pain & suffering whilst not having to go into physical detail. It did feel preachy but again I’m sure it was the way it was read, rather than the content. It literally changed everything for me. Love supporting Jess & her journey but would have much preferred her own voice!
