Christiane (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) is a very good… sleep helper. I like her stories. I am autistic and have very stressful school days. Sometimes I come home and have meltdowns. But at night when I can’t sleep, I sometimes listen to this. It helps. THAMK YOU!!! By the way. Those people who were mean? Yea I saw your reviews. Being Scottish is fine! I’m Scottish! I loved the way the meditations were presented, the music is also lovely and peaceful and the voice of the narrator calming. My favourite meditations were 3,6 and 7.
