Great overview of EI!
I thought this book provided some unique insights into EI that I've not heard from the experts before. The content was approachable and easy to understand. I would love to have seen more research and stats in the book. I also felt like the organization could have been a bit tighter, but worth the listen for sure!

Helps you stop walking on eggshells with employees
As a small business owner, I realized that managing people was more than just giving them tasks to do.
