Good story but sometimes confusing

I did enjoy it, but there were about 3 or 4 times when I literally had not got a clue what was going on… which was frustrating when I was enjoying the story, too many sound effects. Then, Spoilers, being left hanging is not my favourite way to end a book, I feel like saying, well write those last chapters of kill them off, or what ever… it was annoying, I don’t like to be left to make my own mind up, I am the listener not the storyteller.

Mildly Interesting

I found this one to be a slow burn, however it has some good characters and the main female lead has such a beautiful voice, that I think was the reason I finished listening all the way to end.

A Difficult Listen

I know it recommended headphones but I listened the old fashioned way. Struggled to hear what was going on at times and maybe headphones would have helped with that.

The story was OK but does end rather abruptly, almost as if it was abandoned.

Terrible, just terrible

Terrible!
The only reason it got more than 1 star is because the last couple of chapters were interesting and explained the story. This could have been such a good book, as the idea was cool.
However, it wasn’t.
All the rest of the book was just boring, confusing and annoying.
The actors were very poor. The sound effects too loud and totally distracting.

Don’t bother.

First time audio drama

This was fthe first time I listened to an audio drama. The production value is top notch with a lot of detail into sound design. It feels like watching a movie without the images. Very immersive. The story was a slow burn but with a strong burn at the end. It seems like this is a first installment as the story stopped very abruptly as everything suddenly shifted. Acting was good in general, sometimes a bit overdone. Character progression seemed a bit rushed and illogical at times.
As many people have noted, I too was always at the edge of my seat wanting to know more. All in all, I definitely want to hear more of these creative audio experiments.

Confusing

The story was okay although it was difficult to follow it at some points because of all the sound effects, as well as Lorenzo talking quite low.
In the end I think I did not get really what the story was about...

Sadly not even average

I admit I did not finish this but I had 2 hours of it left and felt so bored. It has an interesting premise but it does not matter because the execution was not great (at least for me). Very slow, hard to follow, exaggerated and prolonged scenes and confusing acting.

Ends abruptly had potential but v failed miserabl

I was gripped, head phones really help immerse you into this story. However, it is almost as if someone said half way through, "you've got to wrap this up now" so they explained the premise of the story in the last two chapters. it felt like it ended half way through. Overall very disappointing but the start has potential, the idea is good, just not be well executed.
