Tracy did it again, I loved every book in this series so far and this one was no different.
From the beginning you can tell the Hero was going to turn into a heartthrob who gets hit so hard he has no idea how to handle it.
Spike was caring from the first page and could tell he was head over heals and didn’t know how to handle his feelings.
Kas know how he felt and pushed him at every turn which was funny to read.
I loved the dynamic of the two of them and I love having the other guys around and Zack reaction always a good read.
Trick still owns my heart though!!

I don’t ever want this series to end, I’ve lost count how many times I've listened to the books in this series. I’ve fallen in love with all these tattooed bad boys so far and Spike is no exception.
His protective nature is simply adorable which contributes to him and Kassie finally opening up to each other and as each day goes by he's losing his heart to her and falling head over heels in love with her.
Kassie hasn’t had the greatest up bringing and even though she recently reconnected with her brother Zach who's also Spike’s friend and business partner she's keeping hidden the trouble that is still standing at her door in the form her mother's debt that she ran up before her death. Kassie is forced to do whatever she can to raise the money to pay this debt, she’s a tough cookie who appears to have all the strength and determination with a splash of stubbornness thrown in to get her through each day having never been able to rely on or trust anyone in her life and so why start now, she will just manage on her own as always!
Then in bursts Spike who throws her over his shoulder and simply walks out with her and will not take no for an answer. It's no surprise she won’t accept any help from Spike but he knows underneath all the hardness lies a woman who deserves to be loved and to have someone by her side fighting her corner and Spike is the one person strong enough to take on any challenges she throws his way and boy can she throw! Even Zach, who brings a different kind of trouble can't get in the way of their love developing. He’s definitely not okay with his sister living with Spike or sharing a bed with him but love is much stronger and when the walls finally being to fall, after they’ve tended to each others bruises and scars they finally declare their love for each other and together with family and friends they deal with Kassie’s mother’s debt once and for all!
I've made no secret that I love the books in this series and Spike is just so thoughtful, caring and extremely HOT. I loved the relationship he and Kassie had, the banter was off the scale and had me laughing out loud. Kassie is a little fire cracker and Spike tries to tame her and fails happily after all he would have her any way he could.
I'm excited for the next book and loved the sneaky peek but in the meantime whilst I wait for the next book I will be starting the series all over again!
