I do enjoy these books generally....

....but the format is getting predictable - you know the bit where Geraldine suddenly remembers that random item or comment which then sets on a trail leading to solving the murder, wrapping the rest of the book up in 5 minutes. Although on this occasion not sure why the random clue wasn't taken more seriously at the time.

slightly disappointed

The criminal story was fine and as I've come to expect from this author and the main character but there was far too much about the discovery of her twin sister and her problems. Whilst I like to see a personal side, this was too much and the way DI Steele handled it just seemed out of character.
