Great Audio For a Teen's Growth
As a parent of a teen, this book has been great for our family. The practical exercises are easy to follow, and I noticed my son actually learned—and is using things learned to practice staying calm during arguments and handling stress better. It’s written in a way teens can relate to, which I appreciate. Great audiobook for the library.
