A lovely positive book
I enjoyed this little book, it was packed with useful down to earth advice - I need to re-listen again, as it finished in a blink of an eye and there is so much to take in and put into action!

A Good Reminder
Have listened to lots of similar books recently since signing up with Audible and not much new here but a welcome refresher and reminder of how to practice choosing gratitude and happiness and an easy to digest explanation of why finding meaning in life matters.
