Master Your Cravings, One Bite at a Time!
Grace Erickson’s audiobook dives into the real reasons behind emotional eating and how to gain control over it without feeling deprived. She explores how our emotions sneakily drive us to the snack cabinet and provides strategies that make it easier to pause, reflect, and respond more mindfully. My favorite chapter covers “Identifying Your Triggers,” which was packed with insights that helped me recognize specific patterns in my own cravings. Erickson’s approach is refreshingly empathetic, making it feel less like a diet book and more like a gentle, motivating conversation. Perfect for anyone tired of the diet cycle and looking to approach food from a healthier, more balanced place. This is for anyone wanting to reconnect with food in a positive way!

Great resource
I have always joked that I live to eat instead of eat to live. I have been an emotional eater for so long that I had almost given up. This book was a great resource to help me identify my emotional triggers, and recognize how I guilt and shame myself when I go to food for emotional support. The book offers strategies for brain rewiring, binge eating, mindful eating, boredom eating and habit adjustment and more. Full of inspiration and advice. This gives hope.
