Summary
Carter Beckett is the NHL’s resident bad boy, top player both on the ice and in the bedroom, and quite possibly the sexiest man to ever grace my field of vision. But worst of all? He knows it.

Summer Read
The story between Carter and Ollie is one that is sweet funny and a little spicy. It’s not a story that has massive twists and turns and the ones it does are predictable but none the less I was happy to continue listening to their story unfold. Perfect read on a sunny day.
The narration for Carter was great and how I would picture him to sound, but the male narrator doing Ollie’s voice was in the tone style as if someone is taking the mickey out of someone else which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Carter Beckett - Swoon
Reformed play boy Carter Beckett stole my heart. Carter and Olivia’s story of love and conquest had me laughing, crying and feeling tingly. Alex Kydd and Kasha Kensington’s performance were perfect. Highly recommend.

Got boring real fast
It started out promising, but it got so boring I struggled to finnish it. Way too long and with a serious overdose of the word "love".

Well worth an audible credit
This is a spicy hockey romance and it’s super long so I felt my credit went to good use. The narrators performance was excellent however the story was a little long winded at times. Ideal for a long journey without the kids 😜

True Romance
I really enjoyed this.
Yes there isn’t huge dramatics but I absolutely loved it. To see the romance evolve was just so heart warming and steamy. Laugh out loud moments were great.
I hope there is more books in this series- I am ready for them!! Thank you Becka Mack

Hockey romance perfection
<strong>heartwarming </strong>
This book has my heart, wow, left me speechless. Carter and Olivia’s story is everything - there is romance, banter, laughter and friendship. I loved Carter- his character progression is fantastic, I loved how it wasn’t rushed and how he made mistakes and grew as a character. Olivia is his perfect. Their chemistry is incredible. I listened to the audio version as well and Alex does a great job of bringing Carter’s personality to life. There are so many poignant moments in this book which made me smile and cry. Loved this

Amazing
I absolutely loved this book. Carter Bennett is the sweetest man ever. Olivia was so sassy and the perfect woman to tame Carter! The narrators were fantastic and really brought the story to life. I can't wait to jump into the next books in the series.

Loved it
I love this book, I read it on kindle unlimited and knew I had to hear it on here as well. They have nailed it with Carter, he’s exactly as I thought he’d sound. Really helps with imagining the characters

A good listen
Carter and Olivia’s romance with added characters stories intermingling is a good easy listen, if a little long winded and drawn out. I got a little bored in the middle but it did pick up. Not sure I’ll listen to book 2

Amazing characters but too long
I adore Carter and Liv and their story but…the book was just too long. It drops off around the 75%, you just want it too end. The couple are already happy and you start not caring - I legit zoned out for the last 3 hours. Could have been 5 stars without the bad length.
