Summary
Adapt, level up, and slay the monsters of New Earth!
When the SaLeen conquered Earth, I’d been running an automotive mechanic shop. While I'd have fought tooth and nail to defend my home, their advanced technology defeated us with ease.
The abominations stole our oceans, altered the land to remove our blighted creations, and stuck us in stasis pods to do with as they pleased. The rushed tutorial that revealed all this left me with a million unanswered questions about how they altered the planet—and me.
Before I could fully understand my new reality, the aliens shoved me onto a surface inhabited by monsters, mythical creatures, and a leveling system I'd have to exploit to conquer New Earth.

Mechanical engineering ftw
Conquering New Earth by Han Yang. The main character - a skilled mechanical engineer - was written with depth and her plight to survive the gruelling monsters of New Earth imaginatively constructed. I would love it if the author would write a sequel. 📚 5/5 ⭐ #BookReview

good
Really great story. I like how they introduce they the setup in the changed world. the gaming mechanics were good and the characters were interesting. I'm not generally into female lead stuff, but this was pretty good. great job with the narration too.

Breathtaking
I have received this free copy for an honest review but honestly don't think that matters in the least. I loved the story, it was great, fun, fast paced, entertaining, different and I couldn't quite plave it until the afterword. This is an author writing what she wants with a passion that reflects, and it stroke something really. I think it is a great story to listen for a lot of reasons, and I think the afterword is valuable just by itself. And the narration, this is amazing, not only gives life to the characters but I felt like speaking with the author herself. This is an awesome read and listen, and not listening to eat is missing out.

Definitely not "Boar"ing
It was one of the best litrpg audiobooks I had the pleasure of listening to. And there is a Battleboar... what more could you need.
