Very helpful book and it was delivered right away.
This is really great if you want to help yourself through depression. Very helpful book and it was delivered right away. One of the primary focuses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is on altering the automatic negative thinking that contributes mostly to emotional sufferings along with anxiety and depression. Such negative thinking which can come forward anytime and are believed to be true tend to affect the person’s mood negatively.

This is a great book to work through.
This is a great book to work through.. I found the breakdown of three exposure therapy techniques a good way to tackle different situations to obtain the best results. Of all the parts of the book that stood out, I liked the quote "everything has consequences" in the reflecting rationally section. This is something I think a lot of people need to understand.
