About this listen
Most men are clueless around how to do intimate relationships well. Most women don’t know much better.
That was Bryan’s story for decades. At 36, in the midst of yet another agonizing breakup, Bryan had a painful epiphany: he had no idea what women wanted from him and no idea what he actually wanted from a woman, either. Despite earning a Masters Degree in Human Relations and succeeding professionally as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, no one had ever taught him the essential skills for creating fulfilling intimacy that endures.
Bryan vowed to stop sucking at love, and thus began his transformative growth journey through the realms of love, sex, and relationship. What started as a personal exploration exploded into a viral blog that sparked a movement, attracting millions of readers worldwide.
Now, Bryan invites both men and women to join him on an empowering adventure through this anthology of teaching stories, revelatory insights, and simple practical tools for creating thriving relationships. Bryan’s wisdom garnered from both personal experience and thousands of hours coaching men, women, and couples for over a decade unveils for you the very secrets (that should never be secrets!) to flourishing in love and connection.
"Choose Her Every Day (Or Leave Her)" is not just a book; it's a universal guide for anyone seeking to enhance their intimate relationship skills and cultivate deeper connection with a partner.
Whether you’re a man or a woman, Bryan's words will resonate deeply.

The most important book of our time
An honest and thoughtful journey of a man becoming the best man he can be in a relationship. Bryan understood me as a woman better than I’ve understood myself at times. Everybody, man and woman has to read this book. We’ve been taught to fear and close off from love and it’s time to rewrite the unwritten rules of love so that we can experience the deep connections in intimate relationships we are here to share.

Great book for men and women
I listened to this in one day, normally I drag books out so it had me hooked.
As a women it made me feel validated that someone actually knew and understood how I felt and I wasn't crazy for having feelings.
It will take an already great man to act on this book.
Unfortunately I feel most men will hate this book as it will require them to work on what they avoid the most (feeling) however if they do read it and put it into action they will have the most fulfilling relationships.
Most of my friends are male and I know they would belittle this book because a manly man is not wanting to look weak to other men and enjoy moaning about women but as a woman I think if a man read this and understands it, he is more manly then any man could ever be.

Choose her everyday or leave her
It was a good read, my partner suggested that I read it and hopefully in the future we will digest our learnings together. I like poetry but some of the places were a bit too poetic and flew over my head. What I didn’t like is that the book chapters didn’t have titles/names, they just had numbers - It made it hard to find a specific chapter when I needed to revisit a topic. Other than that I am happy with the book.
