This was amazing. Sandi Lynn is an amazing writer. I highly recommend this audiobook. The narrators captivated mt soul. I felt this story to my core.

Painful to listen to

Very disappointed! I chose this book based on the reviews, to each her own I guess. The story was bland and rushed; lacked depth of development & conversation. The female narrator was very choppy. Just not an enjoyable listen.

stop, stop, stop saying "I Gulped" and "smirked"

Good grief, romance writers need help with adverbs and adjectives.

Good Read

Love Sandi Lynn books but I do have to say this book almost has depth but feel like she rushed everything up too quickly in the end .

"Nobody can go back and start from the beginning"

Carter Grayson is the biggest jerk! He has encountered so much hate and pain and he has just became cold. It took me a little bit to warm up to the love storyline in this book due to the way Carter was treating Zoey but it eventually grew on me. I really liked Zoey, she was sweet and she has a heart of gold. There was a lot of different touches in the story that I enjoyed. Overall a quick enjoyable story!

Carter Grayson was an asshole

I just couldn't finish this book. The H was a total asshole. I understand he was in pain and has had a lot of loss but I couldn't find anything redeemable in him. At one point they were going to be stuck in a car for many hours and I can't imagine being in a car for 19 hours with such a jerk. That's when I returned the book. There is some hint of interesting things to come but I didn't care about them as a couple and thought she would be better off without him. Not sure if I will try another book by this author or not.

What a help this book was to me!

When I started this book, I had just suffered a personal lost and the pain was so palpable. This is a book that touches all your emotions; then heals you. Sandi Lynn is a brilliant author. I will always be a loyal fan!

Amazing Story

Wow! This book blew me away with so many emotions. Most of the book I thought Carter was a jerk but I also saw his pain shining through with all his anger and hate. Then you have strong and beautiful Zoey who puts up with him and even tries to help him. I loved how the push and pull with both characters felt so real. They both showed so much emotion while dealing with their past and present. Nora was such a sweet soul and she really pulled the whole story together for me. Great story, amazing characters and an incredible author. I loved the narration and it really brought the story to life.

Can someone so lost and broken be put back togethe

I love how Sandi Lynn can take a real life scenario I turned it into a wonderful story.
Many people go through tradgies during their lives and some are given a special light that helps them through it. some people if their lucky they embrace it.

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.
