Really enjoy this inside view of the bond franchise..all the location they when to found it a easy listen

One of my first books

Didn’t expect to hear new insights as an avid bond fan but enjoy his class, self deprecating humour delivered in his charming voice. During his run through of Bond it was easy to imagine he was still alive. The only downside was the book ending and coming back down to earth sans Sir Roger Moore.

What a treat to listen to Sir Roger Moore narrate his own book, I really enjoyed this book.To anyone that loves movies and especially James Bond movies,I highly recommend reading or listening to this book !!!

well what can i say about this little beauty? my favourite bond telling stories about behind the scenes and the actors throughout the years of bond. that to me i could listen to all day and i did, unfortunately the book seemed to end all to quick but if you are a bond fan this is a must listen to audiobook.

I grew up woth James Bond due to the fact my Grandad loved them. Hearing the back story to these movies by the best Bond was amazing

However Roger has some insights and interesting facts for even fans to enjoy.

In this book the self deprecating Roger Moore tells the story of the screen hero, James Bond from the first Eon production of Dr No through to the second Craig outing, Quantum of Solace. Moore is generous to a fault, no only in his praise of all of the movies and people involved through to his donation of part proceeds to UNESCO.



What you loose on the plates you gain on the warmth and wit of Moore's voice as he tells us about his and others experiences on the movies. Being a personal friend of both producers, Saltzman and Broccili he has insight into the franchise that no other person has and he brings this into his narrative. Being invited to every opening screening and also being on the set for his seven outings as well as his personal connections makes this a unique account.



This audiobook is a must for any Bond fan or even Moore fan, even if you have the paper version if only to experience that wit and warmth that Moore is now famous for.
