Story
Accidentally murdered by a cleric in another universe during a botched resurrection, Arnold, a semi-pro gamer, wakes upon an altar to find himself incarnated into the overweight body of a farmer who could have been his fatter twin. He’s not the hero. He’s not the villain. He’s certainly not the chosen one who is there to save the world. He’s a clerical error. It could be a bad joke, but apparently, it happens so often that they have a standard procedure for returning you.

At least, Jason tries to be heroic, but it's hard to be good when all your powers are evil. He’ll face off against cannibals, cultists, wizards, monsters...and that’s just on the first day. He’s going to need courage, he’s going to need wit, and he’s going to need some magic powers of his own. But first, he’s going to need pants.

"Kill. Kill them all." It's the first four words Lars usually wakes up to every morning, a voice telling him she's just giving him a "quest" that will help him "level". But even if he wanted to do it, he can't. They're cultivators: beings with ancestral bloodlines that have powers he could only dream of, while he is stuck as a puny human. Even if he could kill them, the people who bullied him, beat him, treated him like a punch-bag pariah for being a "tailless worthless human", he wouldn't. That is, until a vicious group of murderous psychopaths called a "sect" descend on his village.

Summary
Using his flesh-twisting powers, Seraph must push on to reach the ancient guardians.
After nearly losing access, Seraph sets out again to conquer NEO and save his tormented sibling.
Pushing deeper into the woodland, the Heart of The Forest is finally within reach, but the overpowered druidic guardians are merely the most obvious obstacle in his path.
The line blurs between right and wrong, allies and enemies as the plot thickens, but Seraph will stop at nothing, readily accepting any who stand in his way as what they truly are—raw materials for the reaping …

An awesome unexpected ending, and new beginning to a great story!
Shemer’s got me wanting to play StarCraft’s Zerg, jump on a game of Prototype, and even create a new type of Warlock the next time I DM!
Still, an amalgamation of all those wouldn’t be as fun as the books.
Can’t wait for 3!

No story here
if you're up for a confusing, over powered abilities that can defeat 20 levels above your opponent then this is a book for you. If you're interested in an actual story then this contains about three sentences of it. not enough for me. Basically MC is super weak and dumb with literally barely any story progression.
